SUBLIMATION – MUGS

Sublimation is a process in which the dye transitions directly from a solid to a gaseous state. Sublimation printing is performed using printers with sublimation inks that transfer the design onto sublimation paper.

Sublimation can only be done on products that have been pre-treated or coated for this type of printing. Therefore, the mugs and cups we print on have a special coating that allows the dye to adhere to the surface.

The printed design on sublimation paper is positioned on the mug and secured with heat-resistant tape. The mug is then placed in a heat press at 200°C for about 3 minutes. After pressing, the paper is removed, and the mug is placed in a cooling box.

White ceramic mugs are the most common product we print on. They are widely used at home, at work, or on the go. The large printable surface allows logos or messages to be clearly displayed, making them a popular choice for promotional and corporate gifts.

We offer a variety of mugs, including:

  • Completely white mugs
  • Mugs with colored interiors
  • Mugs with colored handles and rims
  • Mugs with colored handles and interiors

All mugs are dishwasher safe and come in protective cardboard boxes for safe transport.

In addition to ceramic mugs, a popular and stylish product is the enamel retro mug. This metal mug is printed using the same sublimation process as ceramic mugs and is in high demand.
Enamel mugs should be hand-washed only and are not suitable for dishwashers; capacity: 300 ml.

The main advantages of sublimation printing are its vivid and vibrant colors and the high resolution of the printed design.
